The Boston Globe identified the companies in Massachusetts that employ the most SNAP recipients. A key stat: "In Massachusetts, 74% of working-age recipients of the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program are employed, half of them full-time."

A Utah man who was rescued with his three children, ages 2, 4 and 8, after a cold and treacherous hike through mountainous terrain last month faces child abuse charges over forcing them to endure the ordeal, the authorities said.

I hope folks realize that between Trump, Kushner, Hegseth, Witkoff, Noem, RFK, Jr., Kash Patel, and Tulsi Gabbard, this country is almost entirely undefended.

I don't drink a lot but love thinking about all the many drinks in a bartenders guide. It's like a cookbook for hooch. Not shots, but real cocktails with complex flavors, liquors, aperitifs, fruit, syrups and spices. Tonics and toddys are still used medicinally and the base of many herbal tinctures.
