That is something l've been pondering myself. I tried approaching several projects this way, trying to take care of things that bother me. The reaction is similar across the board. Folks want a nuanced and thorough discussion, as well as buy-in, before an implementation is submitted. This is incompatible with what I found to be the most efficient way of using Al, though. I mean this seems like a pretty big issue, maybe the largest facing the country but I can't remember coverage proportional to its importance.
From 2010 to 2016 there was an incredibly successful bid to shrink the scope of what the state did, while cutting taxes for median earners and transferring more costs onto the highest earners and to businesses. Can't unpick the damage of the former without addressing the latter.

That will require setting aside international conventions that have had their time, repealing EU laws that our courts have made into economic opioids, appointing to cultural institutions leaders who believe in celebrating Britain, requiring universities to be incubators of homegrown science, not finishing schools for Chinese communists, and facing down the rainbow-crescent alliance of radical leftists and revolutionary Islamists who feed on national self-doubt.

Powell's family were originally coal miners from Wales. The idea that someone needs to motivated by foreign money to behave this way is misguided. Sam's former boss regularly boosts fascists in the magazine he edits, but there's no suggestion that the Spectator is funded by Russia.
