Oh, as you say, would never dispute how she has revolutionised the reprint industry. We all owe her a great deal. And yet...

And, in fact, when I tweeted about my own run-in, I got numerous DMs sympathising and sharing their own stories!

We've all had our moments when NB writes unkindly about authors we've published, and sadly it does rather smack of "I should be the only one allowed to celebrate forgotten authors." It's sad to see one reprint publisher be so ungenerous about another.
