I like it and I will still defend it. It's a very solid 7/10 game to me with a lot to enjoy, I just think the actual map layouts needed some adjustment (or at least an actual warp system given the A&B gimmick)

I always forget how silly Asuka's debut episode is, and it works. The way she and Shinji clash in terms of their personalities is great, Eva-02 is so sick, and I love Kaji's blend of goofy sleaze and calculating pro with Gendo and the Adam reveal. Some terrific animation and smears too!
