As a Fin, I find it naive to trust national security to US or even France, UK or Germany. Only us who have been constantly invaded by Russians truly know what is at stake here.

I live next to Russia, have been in Soviet Union, seen Russia after Soviet collapse, I don't see that much has changed. Russia has never been trustworthy neighbour. There is always a "czar", just the title varies. There are no security guarantees other than military power and the will to use it.
