I was pleased to hear that, but I read up, and u may be mistaken. US federal law never okayed "legal" cannabis, (since they banned it) for one. Legal in yr state means nothing. Remember legal state outlets not allowed to bank their money by fed govt?

"A last-minute amendment slipped into the bill that ended the government shutdown has thrown the hemp industry and its consumers into a panic as popular products stand to be banned in a year’s time.
The amendment, which is set to go in effect in a year, bans the sale of hemp products with more than 0.4 milligrams per container of total delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) — a psychoactive cannabinoid, or compound found in the cannabis plant. It also instates the same milligram cap for cannabinoids with similar effects in products and bans cannabinoids synthesized or manufactured outside of the plant.
The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) will publish a list within 90 days that includes synthetic and natural cannabinoids and provide a definition of “container” — essentially clarifying which products will be banned.
“The products on the market, which are beverages, tinctures, lotion, gummies, flowers, smokeables, these products all have a variety of hemp-derived cannabinoids in them,” said Michelle Bodian, general counsel and head of regulatory affairs at Nowadays, a company that sells THC-infused drinks. “Based upon this [bill’s] language, most of those products will not continue to be permitted one year from now.”
The bill does not ban the sale of nonintoxicating cannabidiol (CBD) and industrial hemp products. .. but basics are - put their pic in Google Image Search. Android does this if you just hold a finger on pic, it pops up Share menu, one is "Image Search". Results can be confusing, look at Exact Matches, e.g this guy turned out to be a stolen pic from tiktok *heavy sigh*

I posted article woman in 40's, she said wasn't paedo bait, that yes, husband older (40yrs+?) dated when she was 20. For simply saying 'she says she wasn't groomed" suddenly i'm evil one? Hysteria seems to be the new tie-dye. (Soon-yi, Woody Allen's wife - i also said i found it profoundly creepy.)
