Audrey Aylmer, Recorder and Archivist for the Bude, Stratton & District OCS, has been honoured with a Cornish Heritage Champion Award from the Cornish Heritage Trust. It reflects her dedication to preserving and promoting Cornish heritage, recording, archiving and sharing the history of the area.

The big event this month will be the celebration of Port Isaac Carols at 7pm on Wednesday 10th December at Truro Cathedral. Everyone is welcome

Kresen Kernow will be open as usual until 4pm on Saturday 20 December, then closed over Christmas and new year.
They will reopen again at 9.30am on Tuesday 6 January 2026.

This year’s Gorsedh Ceremony was held at Folly Field Marazion. With St Michael's Mount as the backdrop it was a beautiful (if windy) setting.
Several OCS members were made bards and there was a fantastic turnout of OCS banner bearers forming an honour guard at the entrance to the bardic circle.
