I think it was frothier here. There are some areas that are just now getting back to 2006 prices.

I know the "fog a mirror standards" leading up to that had a significant impact, but would not have thought that much. Crazy.

I would imagine this is very much Boomer influenced? Mostly having paid a lifetime of credit off. Credit scores may even have been higher if scores didn't go down carrying less credit.🤔
