Price is going to be a make-or-break issue for me. If it’s north of 1K I doubt I’ll pick it up. Same for the Steam Frame.

I’ll be posting discount links for all our gear from the GVG account later today!

I’m betting cost is the culprit at the end of the day, but I don’t love physical media that can’t match the specs of the console. Nintendo should copy Sony and just let us install our games to internal memory to avoid this limitation.

Lighting: I use a pair of Elgato Key lights frame on their weighted stands!

I also use a Scarlett Focusrite solo and a cloudlifter in my audio chain to get better sound out. I also highly recommend Elgato’s Wave XLR!

Here’s what we use at GVG!

Camera: @brandon.gvg.io and I both use a Panasonic Lumix GH5

Mics: i primarily use an @elgato.com Wave DX, but I also sometimes record on a Sennheiser MKH416 for that no-mic look!

Game capture: I use a handful of Elgato 4KXs to capture various consoles and my camera!

I agree! A diversity of opinions is important, and a review written by someone who doesn’t love musou games but does love Zelda is a great idea, but like you said, this review doesn’t show the value in that point of view.

Ncuti really did some amazing work in the role, but I’m excited for them to explain to us what’s happening with Billie!

There’s a weird narrative in modern gaming that games must he visually stunning and performant to be good, but most people’s top 10 games include at least one game that didn’t run well.

The next-gen Xbox is going to be a gaming PC. If you want a traditional console, PlayStation will likely be the only option.
