You can export Notion databases to CSV and import them this way.
There's also a new Notion importer in the works that can import a whole workspace and multiple bases via API

Yes but I wanted a range (with a built-in oven). I don't know of any other induction ranges that have a battery. Impulse is an option if you just want a option. The are lots of other induction ranges without a battery on the market but I think they require a 220V circuit.

The kitchen is on the smaller side so I didn't have another place to put the oven. Impulse doesn't sell a range and their stovetop is too tall to put a full oven below.
I used standard dims for all appliance bays so it's easier to replace them if necessary. A 30" range is easy to replace.

the biggest gamble was switching to a new battery-backed induction stove (Copper Charlie)
it took time to get used to, but it's grown on me — boils water faster than gas, no fumes, easier to clean
but I left all the hookups in case I want to switch back

The new load sequence is just initialization + core plugins (165ms), the rest is loaded progressively in the background.
