They have to offer a $50k bonus to try and get ICE recruits, and we've seen chuds they manage to get. If somebody wants to be professionally shitty, violent, and racist, the administration is offering much more tempting options than their envisioned Aryan military service.
Something our glorious Secretary of War does not seem to have considered is that the reason military PT and grooming standards, plus policies for EEO and abuse reporting, are the way they are is because they're necessary for recruitment and retention
