Russia must:
* Surrender & withdraw troops;
* Return control of Crimea & Donbas to Ukraine;
* Repatriate the over 21,000 stolen Ukrainian children;
* Pay reparations;
* Surrender Vladmir Putin to The Hague.

However:

Nothing short of a decisive defeat can disrupt Russia's current ongoing acts of aggression throughout Europe & the UK as well as defend against further acts & the imminent acts of escalation.

You have to have a wild imagination to conceive of such a scenario.

Oh.

Those are the wrong conditions being imposed by someone who has no stake in the outcome.

This is time for sheepish UK and European leaders to step up fully and stop deferring to the tyrannical authoritarian regime of the U.S.
