He’s been on a roll with terrible takes the last two weeks. In that same interview he made a comment about liberals should try to do what Kirk did but in Evangelical churches. I can‘t get over untethered from reality the take is.

This one made me laugh though because this section of Berkeley’s campus looks almost the same as it did when I went there 50 years later.

I thought Belize had been swallowed by Guatemala there for a sec and was delighted about the reference to such an obscure border dispute, but I think Belize is there, just happens to have been pushed further north in the Yucatan peninsula for some reason.

I saw someone on Reddit say that San Francisco is too dense and clearly no one wants to live there because everyone he knows moved out during the pandemic and I was like “you do realize there are many people who would love to live in SF but are proced by techies + NIMBY’s like you and your friends?”

I agree the most with DAVID BROOKS of all people. Severely disappointed in Tracy McMillan, I liked her from what I had read of her, only slightly has a negative impact? Fuck off. Par for the course for “pro-life” Douthat though.
