The first V3 Super Heavy Booster, B18, has experienced a major anomaly during cryogenic proof testing at Massey's Test Site. It appears a hole has been blown in the main tank wall, with the booster currently only supported by its internal downcomer.

#PegasusXL was sold for ~$45M, but the whole contract for Katalyst (spacecraft+launch+operations) is just $30M, so the last Pegasus to fly seems to have been sold at a significant discount by Northrop Grumman.
