Guess: Bluesky has already actioned certain noncon content, but staff isn’t being forthright abt an officially codified rule leading to more consistent enforcement. This would reflect moderation of Nathan Grayson, Gretchen Felker-Martin, Jessie Gender re political content

So like, is this a lie or they're also just admitting that they've done a very bad job at actioning on the policy because the whole reason so many artists have been showing such overt concern is that they've already been able to foster a safe place to properly tag and share their work?

For the brightest lights I used white charcoal pencil, and for the reflected light in the shadows I mixed the white and black charcoal which gives it a comparatively cool tone compared to the paper. (The paper color got pretty washed out in the WIP photos)
