Are you not paying attention? The Democratic senators don't want to eliminate the flillibuster. They like that it shackles them. They don't want dramatic change. They want bullshit compromises like Obamacare.

Don't be so gullible. Schumer quarter-backed the whole thing. The yes votes were chosen specifically because they're retiring or not up for election soon. They knew they were betraying their voters. Cowards and liars then hid behind their no votes.

They should have let them kill the flillibuster. But the current Dems don't actually want to accomplish anything when they're in power again so they surrendered to save the flillibuster. Schumer, Fetterman, King, they can all go.

They would have had to end the filibuster. Which the Dems for some cracked reason didn't want them to do. Which is why they are failures who will be primaried and replaced by people who want to actually get shit done.
