FB pushes the most clickbait crap. And yet deny actual news or facts to Canadians because they were actually challenged on paying up for their use of legit content.

From the BBC... What journalists have made life hell? All of them appear to be on his side. He is as powerful as JKR or Farage to get a free press ride.

Yeah, just bring back Section 28 - not sure why Jenny won't just come out and say it. It's not like her paper would say "too far".

The FB tease for this is funnier somehow.

It only took them nearly a year and a half to find another trans link to feed the drive to label all trans and non-binary people "domestic terrorists", which has already been stated as the plan. Also, furries I guess.

Perhaps some day Britain will have displays of items taken from immigrants and refugees who dared to anger a Labour/Reform/Mail government like they do at Auschwitz. There, it's a warning to the future. The UK seems to want to do it with gleeful pride.

Continual blurring of terms by the BBC and others. Asylum seekers can't work. So are you taking accommodation, food, whatever from asylum seekers or refugees? We are so very close to a US-style purge of anyone who isn't white, enabled by these blurred use of terms and rhetoric.

Ah well. Ignorance is bliss right?

The grift continues. . .

I've been in Scotland a long time, so I know it likes to blow things up. But if politicians had any spine at all, they would stop tinkering around the edges and ban bonfire night. I don't know what happened leading up to this picture, but with so many explosions going off, I can make assumptions.

Given the BBC is already preparing for the next Reform govt, they don't dare support anything or anyone left of centre, or possibly even centre.

I read this earlier and wish I hadn't. Don't read it. This is a vile crime on every level to only earn four years locked up. Go hug your cats right now.

Scotland's print media continues to have one obsession and only one. This spread hits all the notes of pretending the GC crowd are "reasonable" while using every decades-old bigoted language to dehumanise trans people or supporters. (Sorry for the rotation on the first pic)

Paisley Halloween Festival listed "Harry Potter" as one of the themes to their parade at the weekend (you wouldn't know if they hadn't said that). But has anyone alerted JKR that Scotland's biggest and best town changed the gender of her lead character? Not sure the town can afford a lawsuit...

Found the original window frame (and glass) alone with a full aerial and much else in our eaves yesterday. Why someone decided ash made sense for insulation I will never know.

So I shouldn't be using my Ancient Egyptian headrest?
October 16, 2025 at 9:30 AM
The set-up is clear: the UK needs to ditch ALL human rights so it can discriminate against trans people (ie reclassify them as non-humans). The Times et al will be wringing their hands in glee at the prospect of a referendum focusing entirely on the threat of trans people and immigrants.

It's ok, we're home, don't worry ❤️

Back from visiting civilisation in Canada and I didn't miss Scottish transphobia. It is so glaring when you see inclusive signs on shops, rainbow crosswalks, or news that quotes trans people not solely those looking to exclude them. (More important, spoke to parents of 2 thriving trans young adults)

FB pushed this bs at me today, complete with the logic that women can't wear trousers, and men can't wear what is clearly a kilt. If you wonder where Britain is with far-right love-ins for gender roles, bigotry, etc, here we are.

Are we using the "put women back in the kitchen" definition?
