What a huge update! New notifications about your #FoundryVTT games, easy compendium module creation for your own assets, and a load of bug fixes. All so you can focus on the adventure.
- Manage Modules - Custom compendium workflow, via "Create" button - Notifications - Added alerts for failed game, player accepted, booked, and skipped game - General - Improved modals to prevent accidental closing while selecting text - Profile - Broke out stable and test releases of Foundry in the selector - Skipping a session wasn't reflecting without a page refresh - Module set wasn't set correctly during game edit if multiple sets had the same version - Game detail date of the next game session wasn't always reflecting the very next session - Module Manager - Presents better error message when trying to install modules on running games - No more infinite installing (maybe!) - Updating modules would sometimes get "stuck" showing as Updating after finishing - Stripe Connect incorrectly allowed users with unsupported countries to start process - Import was still "cleaning" asset paths (for commas)

Did you know Sqyre supports markdown formatting when editing profiles and #FoundryVTT game descriptions? It can be a great way to add clarity and style!

🔔We had a big update over the weekend that introduces notifications! This will help you stay informed about what is happening with your #FoundryVTT games and there is more to come. Check out all the great updates from the release:
November 2nd, 2025 - Notifications! - Now we'll have a way to let you know when important things happen - Examples will include players starting your games, sending you DMs, and much more - We'll be rolling these out incrementally, so give it a week or so - Future releases will also have notification settings, sounds, etc - Stripe Connect - Additional countries onboarded: Italy, Spain, Singapore, Switzerland - Refactor of public asset lookups and indexing for huge speed improvement - Manage Files - Now "remembering" auto-optimization selection - Some users' "rememberMe" flag was ignored on login - Fixed issue showing game server status in Module Manager - User with the 'GM' role were entering game as account owner rather than themselves - Changing sources from Sqyre to other source sometimes showing "Not Found" error - Some uploads to Public folder were not creating proper path to the asset

Now that @foundryvtt.bsky.social has released v14 as a prototype, we've made it available for use in Sqyre! Just select v14 for your Foundry version and try it out. You can use it as a sandbox to see what is coming or try your hand at running a #ttrpg session with it!

Sometimes imagination plays a primary role. Last night our #starwars #ttrpg crew blasted open the airlock of a mining ship that was landed on an asteroid while being attacked by heavy mining droids. Sure, it might be purple boxes on a grey backdrop, but we were all well aware of the stakes!

October is off to a real strong start at Sqyre ⚔️. Session management continues to add features in supporting specificity for GMs and players for their #ttrpg sessions, and several bugs have been addressed.

October 7th, 2025 - New Session Management Capabilities! - Added ability for GM to skip or re-join on behalf of a player - Added ability for GM to adjust the per-seat cost for a player in a paid game - Players can now see the per-session cost for paid games - Added invite link to Manage Game menu in paid private games - Added invite link CTA in Manage Players modal - Changing a game from paid to free wasn't working (change didn't save) October 5th, 2025 - New Sqyre users can now join running games (if GM is in the game) without restart - Added support for Stable Build - Foundry v13.350 - Added support for Prototype Testing Build - Foundry v14.349 - Changing Sqyre username was changing the player name for every game that user was in - Invited users were being asked to provide CC on public, FREE game - Wasn't properly handling wildcards for the User Data source - Issue where some players were charged twice for the single seat cost of paid game

It's been a big week (and really end of September) over at Sqyre! Check out some of the updates that rolled out this past week for managing your #ttrpg games and sessions.
Here are some features and big fixes released September 29th: - Activated an email notification when players leave reviews - Removed some unnecessary caching for Foundry core files - Manage Players - Added ability to delete "(temp)" players - Some premium modules failed to install after subscriptions ended - Incompatibility issues caused some servers to fail to start

The Sqyre crew is off on a new adventure! This time we're diving into the #StarWars #ttrpg from West End Games! And whoo boy it didn't take long for us to get into a pickle. One session in and fresh off smuggling tanks of bacta, we're now facing the consequence of having back stabbed a crime boss!

We kicked off September with a pair of releases supporting improvements to module management, #FoundryVTT and module version support, and several enhancements for scheduling your #ttrpg sessions!
September 8th, 2025 - Click "View sessions" in the manage game menu to see all scheduled sessions - Players can skip or rejoin each session, individually - Only public and paid games for now (private game sessions still coming) September 1st, 2025 - Sqyre has made Foundry v13.348 the default for new users - Wildcards are now fully supported in v11, v12 and v13 - Custom modules can now be synced back to Sqyre & downloaded in Module Manager - New users are all added to the real-time User Data group - DDB import muncher flows have all been optimized for real-time User Data

Huge session management update this past weekend! We heard from several GMs on ways to improve managing #ttrpg game sessions with #FoundryVTT and much of this is the result of that feedback. Just another example of how this community helps us all focus on what we want most: the adventure ⚔️.
August 26th, 2025 Manage Sessions - GMs can now add and remove scheduled game sessions (public/paid only, to start) - Players (and the GM) will get email reminders in advance of game day - Next scheduled session displays on the game detail page - Players can skip the upcoming session (more to come for players) - Games still auto-schedule sessions based on day/time - GMs can see the booking status of each player (pending, skipped, paid, etc) Updates & Fixes - Upgraded asset infrastructure to prepare for a performance boost - Sqyre Module request handler was refactored for Foundry's heavier actions - Go to Foundry button logging in as game owner for players with GM role - Trailing slashes in Foundry User Data upload were returning stale directory listings - Some uploads to a modules storage folder were failing

We had a release last week that includes some nice performance and quality of life improvements for managing modules! Less time on that kind of work is always nice for your #ttrpg prep with #FoundryVTT.
