MG Crossbone Full Cloth WiP
Boy lemme tell ya this thing is a real piece a' shit
I guess all X-bone MG are based on the original Ver. Ka from the last dynasty. The full cloth hardly stays on. At least building it was half cool, half boring and it does LOOK cool...

Vtubers on Twitter defending an artist that declines to work on commissions containing queer ships. Many suggesting it's "fine" because the artist declined respectfullyas if it'd be "ok" to ask Rosa Parks to switch seats as long as the guy asking was nice about it. Go fuck yourself.

It's funny to me that I got this so recently, cuz I know Sayla poster and another builder I think named Jake that also posts on Gundam feed both also got versions of the Barbatos Slim recently (MG and MGSD Iron Coating). I'm trying photo etch metal parts for the first time.

There are 2 joints in the arm of the Unicorn RG's that are notorious for breaking I'm afraid 😔 the MSJoint frame needs loosened via working it back and forth very carefully or even through applying oil, and the transformation joint will snap if you try to bend the former while it's too tight.

This was something I found earlier this week while looking into something else. They used black oil paint over a yellow base, then rubbed off the black with a toothbrush coated with thinner and it looks beautiful 😁

HGIBO Barbatos Lupus Rex + Iron Toy metal replacement frame
Some parts are kind of fiddly with this new frame, but overall I'd say it's an improvement if only for the added heft. I think it's worth the money but only if you have a strong bias for IBO kits, otherwise it's just too much work.

It's not that bad! The sub-arms are mounted to the backskirt, one of the only parts of the frame that doesn't tend to need any fiddling with to make stay on 🥹
The regular arms also look extended though like the Lupus/Marchosias so they might have some slight problems 😔
