The reason all the spheres are listed is to maximize the odds of it joining a civ. Also, the description is in progress. But overall it is working nicely.

Descriptions do exist in dwarf fortress but I like the player being able to get a rough idea of something just in a name, without the name being so verbose it runs off the screen. My eternal struggle.

The compliment is appreciated. I do think I have an eye for general design at least, in the sense i can accurately convey the vision.

As long as you can describe it in writing and study the wiki, you can create an absurd amount of stuff. It's so underrated in how accessible it is and I would like more people to become aware of that. If you decide to participate, then have fun!

If you're at all interested then I promise you, dwarf fortress modding is easier than you think! Obviously the new lua stuff and the graphics have added a new layer of complexity, but you don't need either of those to make something cool.
