I’ve completely restricted my socmed apps so I can focus on getting better mentally….. I’m really unwell but just trying to get better and socmed is very bad at helping that. be back when I feel like it

“Just be yourself” can sound like cliché and bad advice, because honestly, it goes badly sometimes. It can hurt. Some people will reject you. But the reason it’s worth it is that when things do work out, it’s with people who really like the real you, and that feels so much better than pretending.
