Officially, no. At the time I was too young to vote by a couple years. Did participate in a mock voting count amongst class, but that hardly counts lol

Nah, but the claim was never that I am at equal risk, but that I somehow had less to lose against a foe that would do the same to me once they're done with those two

Going back to the Monroe doctrine, the U.S. has viewed all of the Americas, but particularly Caribbean and Central America, as an extension of U.S. territory and treated it as a play ground to do whatever it pleases. Illegal orders, extrajudicial killings, war crimes, etc etc are the norm.
