I was listening to the Rehash episode on AI Boyfriends today and tbh a lot of the appeal sounds like people need to be more autistic because they're like, I can just tell the AI what I want, and I'm like, I'm pretty sure you can actually just do that with a human

The appointment went well and I didn't realize how stressed I was about not having a primary (shenanigans with the previous providers employer) until the relief hit me when my new provider said he'd just order refills for everything

Feeling like shit this morning, mostly the same stress with additional stress over an appt with a new medical provider today. Breakfast didn't go as planned and I had a bit of a meltdown. But I've had breakfast and taken my meds and there's a cat in my lap at least
