a lot of people need to hear this: don't make the mistake of thinking "frustration" and "self hatred" as synonymous ideas

the space between where you are vs where you want to be? that's what frustration signifies. frustration is a natural consequence of ambition and motivation. if you aren't frustrated at not meeting your personal tastes, why would you change? why would you improve?
