I love movies, TV shows, my family, and Jesus.
The middle part of one of the best 3 episode-run. The penultimate episode that concludes one of the deepest and most complex relationships in the show in the form of the Doctor/Clara.

It's a beautiful, tragic, and horror-filled episode.

10 yrs since Heaven Sent. The pinnacle of Doctor Who. A masterpiece in every way from every creative involved: Peter Capaldi, Steven Moffat, Rachel Talalay, Michael Pickwoad, Murray Gold, and countless others in the crew.

The man that stops the monsters!!

I always love hearing Jenna Coleman talk about filming the episode and how much she missed hanging out with Peter Capaldi.

He was filming Mummy On the Orient Express while she was filming Flatline.

Flatline premiered 11 yrs ago. This is a great companion centered episode with Clara forced to take on the role of the Doctor. The Boneless was a pretty cool villain. Funny moments with the shrunken TARDIS. Rigsy!!!!

Another homerun for Jamie Mathieson.

Then we get the awesome scene in the barn with 12/Clara about how he got his face, and the result of that becoming a tidal wave that will eventually destroy them.

The ending with Ashildr is a great representation of her experiencing the changing times and how it changes her.

Yesterday was 10yr anniversary for The Girl Who Died. Probably the most underrated Doctor Who ep written by Jamie Mathieson. I love this ep. It's funny, and for me, it took me off guard. I forgot the title, and so Ashildr's fate was like a gut punch.....

Mummy On the Orient Express premiered 11 yrs ago. Jamie Mathieson is an MVP of the Capaldi era. This is a fantastic ep. An important ep for 12/Clara. We have Clara realizing she can't walk away from the Doctor.

12/Perkins was fun. The Foretold is a great monster.

In "Before the Flood," we have Clara pushing the Doctor to break his own rules, defy time and death to come back to her. We see the Doctor willing to break his own rules to save Clara from dying.

Great foreshadowing for the season ending.

Doctor Who's ep Before the Flood aired 10 yrs ago. This has one of the best cold opens with the Doctor addressing the audience to explain Bootstrap Paradox.

Great 2nd parter to Under the Lake. Peter Capaldi playing the opening theme on guitar is 🔥

Under the Lake is 10 yrs old. I love this episode. It has a great supporting cast. We start seeing Clara's recklessness and 12's concern over it. Plenty of humor. Ghosts. Mystery. It ends on a fantastic cliffhanger.

I hope we start getting promotions for The Devil's Hour S3 soon. It should be airing on Prime some time in October, I would think.

The Caretaker premiered 11 yrs ago. I love the cold open that shows glimpses of adventures. Twelve was funny. Clara strugling to juggle both lives. I love the drama between Danny/Clara, Clara/Twelve/Danny

The Witch's Familiar premiered 10 yrs ago yesterday. 2nd part of the S9 premiere.

12/Davros scenes are a highlight for me. Plus, we get a glimpse of 12 taking on a whole city to get Clara back.

Missy/Clara were a joy. Missy trying to get the Doctor to kill Clara 😂

12/Davros scenes were magnificent. Twelfth Doctor rocking on guitar. The Skaro reveal. I love it.

The Magician's Apprentice premiered 10 yrs ago. Outside the Dr intro eps, this is probably my favorite premiere. The Doctor sending Missy his confession dial. Missy going to Clara for help to find him. Missy/Clara willingly going as prisoners with him to Davros.

Deep Breath premiered 11 yrs ago. 12th Doctor's intro episode. Filled with great character moments and 12/Clara dynamic really shines. The phone call! Missy!

We see Clara's uncertainty about this new Doctor. We see 12's identity crisis.

WEAT/The Doctor Falls is a top 2 finales for me. It never fails to break my heart. The Doctor fighting a hopeless battle just to give a small group of people another day to live.

This finale along with Twice Upon a Time was a perfect ending for Capaldi's era.

I love the scene of Bill telling the Doctor that she doesn't want to live if she can't be her anymore.

One scene during their goodbye, she said she's glad he always knew she was into girls, I didn't get it at first because of how the conversation flowed. I think I get it now.

I love the battle sequence when the Doctor is fighting the Cybermen. Felt so epic. Then the brutalness of the cyber laser blasting him a few times.

"I'm not A Doctor. I am THE Doctor. The original, you might say."

The music in this episode crushes the heart. The music that plays as the Doctor sees flames above him "Pity. No stars. I hoped there'd be stars." and when CyberBill cries over his body.

I need that S10 soundtrack!!!

The Doctor Falls premiered 8 yrs ago today. An epic, intense, heartbreaking finale for Peter Capaldi's Doctor.

It also has, IMO, the most perfect ending for the Master.

One of the best speeches that encapsulates the Doctor.
