For folks who don't know, Housing First is low-barrier entry to housing without preconditions. These changes will require treatment as a prerequisite to housing. One change would mandate 40 HOURS OF TREATMENT PER WEEK for transitional housing! That's unheard of & frankly, not possible.

You may have gripes...nobody is perfect, but Newsom has been a great governor. He's an excellent administrator, and if you want to join the circular firing squad which has destroyed progressive politics, be it on you.
