Is this the type of Sheriffs you believe truly provide justice for the public interest? Because it seems to me the game is very clearly rigged.

Imagine: the FCA and UKSC holds the fraudulent finance company liable. But your Sheriff doesn’t.

Here’s a motion that was submitted today about a financial company that admitted to mis-selling financial products and after the UKSC decision which will have national redress for consumers. The Sheriff found in favour of the fraudulent financial company + refused to overturn HIS wrongful decision.
