Together with Ivo Mossig and @abreiter.bsky.social, I co-head the INF project, in which we will consolidate WeSIS (Global Welfare State Information System, wesis.org) and facilitate a deeper integration of CSS methods in social policy research!

In a joint project with @sehaunss.bsky.social, we will analyze how social policy outcomes in Africa influence political contention and nonviolent political conflict. This involves a large protest events analysis of a large set of African countries using multimodal data.
