I was reading earlier about a feudal uprising where a Duke's son was killed early on by the rebels. They used trebuchet they'd captured to knock him off the battlements. They were trying to toss the decapitated heads of castle guards and loyal serfs over the wall.
This was a common tactic back then-

Never forget the same people defending pedophilia have spent years trying to convince the public that drag queens and trans people are a threat to children.

It’s all smoke and mirrors to allow the real predators to roam free.

"I write for the New York Times, and I can assure you that we've never buried stories on behalf of powerful people, many of those powerful people being part of NYT management. We only publish what's fit to print, like Zohran's application to Columbia that was leaked by a white nationalist"
I don't understand why people have to concoct wild conspiracy theories in order to critique the NYT. I say this as someone who writes for them: there is plenty to critique without making up wild scenarios and insisting they're true!

What makes people furious is of course how the NYT uses its own wide discretion about what to pursue, what to beat the drum on, when to have qualms about running with something, and when to just put it out there. There’s the rules, and then there’s the rules about when you apply the rules.
here at the Paper of Record, when an open white supremacist leaks someone's college application in an attempt to imply he got unfair race-based special treatment, even though he was rejected, we know what to do: publish it immediately prospect.org/2025/07/09/2...

At the same time the NY Times was hyping Hillary Clinton's emails, it had a reporter with emails from Jeffrey Epstein that were highly damaging to Trump.

The more NYT apologists try to minimize this the clearer it becomes that they don't understand why much of the public doesn't trust legacy media.

An interesting tidbit in the joint status report filed in the Broadview ICE facility case today:

ICE says video from inside the facility "between October 19, 2025, and October 31, 2025, has been irretrievably destroyed" and can't be produced in discovery.

If Megyn's whole shtick wasn't gross enough by itself, her daughter is 14 years old.
Megyn Kelly: "I know somebody very close to this case…Jeffrey Epstein, in this person's view, was not a pedophile…He was into the barely legal type, like he liked 15 year old girls…He wasn't into like 8 year olds…There's a difference between a 15 year old and a 5 year old."

I've been disappointed in Fetterman a lot recently, but I hope that he's ok and makes a speedy recovery.

Shorter Megyn Kelly: we have to make Epstein's pedophilia acceptable because proof that Trump raped middle schoolers with him is about to come out."
We've passed the "he didn't do it" stage and are now at the "if he did do it, it wasn't illegal" stage.

What would really unlock the Epstein scandal is finding out why Acosta cut that insane plea deal.

Epstein plead to soliciting a minor. Which is bad. But not nearly as bad as what he was doing. And so the world acted accordingly. Some times in ignorance, some times with greed and cynicism.

Of all the people involved with Geoffrey Epstein, the LEAST surprising was Donald Trump, but honestly, the next two least surprising are this asshole and Ken Starr.

The question everyone is asking right now is this: NYT had deep access into all of this in real time and reported none of it. Why? In consequence, no NYT reporting on this subject is trustworthy.

House Dems on oversight releasing these emails and controlling the narrative is the kind of shit republicans always do but they have to make shit up and mischaracterize their source material. The House Dems have proven my thesis that this can be done effectively without lying. Well done.

I like how this also lays bare Trump's entire business career as one big scam.
The Kremlin disguised a nearly $100 mn payment to Trump in the form of a brokered real estate deal... and both Jeffrey Epstein and William Pulte were involved in the deal. That's very interesting.

Jeffrey Epstein, the notorious child sex trafficker, says that Donald Trump is the worst person he has ever met

It's probably not fully possible for you to understand the full meaning of that sentence
Jeffrey Epstein to Lawrence Summers (both of whom are very bad people):

“i have met some very bad people , none as bad as trump. not one decent cell in his body. so yes- dangerous”
