Pedestrians in San Francisco routinely jaywalk right into the path of a Waymo because they trust that they car will stop for them. It’s quite an amazing, common change of human behavior to observe.

I had a cat like that. Then I became pregnant. She turned into Velcro kitty and had batting matches with my kid. One kicking from the inside, one batting from the outside. Never left baby’s side and always placed herself between baby and strangers. Spiky lovebug.

When I got the MMR info sheet from CDC, my jaw dropped. Apparently they don’t have a good science communicator. It was not easy to directly compare the risk & chance of side effects or long term toxicity of getting measles vs. the vaccine.
I have a PhD in physics and work in healthcare.

Also a good example why AI art needs to be carefully reviewed by humans before use. That’s quite a CyberKnife model they’ve got.

The Secretary of State of CA, Shirley Weber PhD, often talks about her father’s experiences voting as a black man in the South. She is passionate about voting rights. All registered CA voters receive a ballot in the mail several weeks before voting day.
