I'm begging any artists still using Twitter claiming it's integral to their work to just leave. It's been revealed the site works off a made up "credit score" from hell and punishes you for posting like a normal human being.

Abandon Twitter for good. It's time. It's been time.
A quoted tweet from a user named Sam that reads: "How Twitter is rigged Type in all caps because you're excited? Lowers your reputation. Include links? Your score goes down. It's like the Credit Score system from Hell. And given Cisgender is treated as a slur & MAGA boosted, you can guess what's categorized as 'offensive'" The tweet they quoted is from user SADIQ and reads: "Tweepcred is X's reputation system Based on your behavior, you get a tweepcred score It determines your reach Break the algo rules, you score goes down and your reach disappears What are the rules of the X algo tho? Glad you asked." SADIQ includes a photo of Twitter's algorithm code that calculates a user's reputation. SADIQ continues: "Post 'offensive text'? 80% reach reduction Offensive username? 80% reach reduction All caps tweet? That's seen as 'shouting. Major penalization. Include links? Yup, penalized"

It is crazy how much of the general mental anguish can be cleared with physical exercise.
Go have a little jog even if you feel like you are really bad at it and have no stamina like me. It does not magically heal depression, but is a good and effective practice regardless.

Thank you for playing Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds. With Patch 1.2.0, we have strengthened our anti-cheat measures to ensure a fair and secure online environment. These improvements focus primarily on countering cheating behaviors that give players an unfair advantage in World Match and Time Trial. If cheating activity continues to increase, we may be required to consider additional anti-cheat measures across a broader range of systems, depending on the situation. What in the actual fuck? Googles AI basically hallucinated that I somehow accused my podcast host & close friend of toxic behavior & harassment - killing her channel. Keep in my, Vera and I host a podcast together regularly and are good friends and her channel is amazing. This is absolutely fucked.

I only just learned myself thanks to Google’s AI summary. Thanks Google for letting me know my channel is dead. Some digging, using Google’s AI mode, revealed it’s because of the toxic feud between me and @jessiegender.bsky.social

I wouldn’t have known otherwise.
