Yes I already having a lot of fun building gradients, many possibilities and this just the beginning. I have a lot of ideas to extend from here.

Already have the first. Second will have to think, because Godot doesn't have raytracing for pbr materials.

I would always check for 3rd party plugins, there's a lot for Aseprite:
