I'm so angry at how this generation of CEOs (well, for a lot many things), specifically how they treat old legends in the business.
There's living legends in art, writing, music, games, and they get ignored & not invited to new projects that they're masters at.

I wonder if mobile games are so consolidated now because the store holders did nothing about quality control, leading to a consumer mistrust of mobile games, and a further race to the bottom in order to support mobile development with scammy data practices, brain rot adds etc.

It's fascinating to me the effect travel has on my creativity.
I can be staring at the screen with writer's block, get on a train somewhere and ideas start firing.
Now visiting Tokyo and ideas don't stop, I'm coming up with all sorts of spin offs and sequel trilogies and prequels for Tapeworld.

Feels very cool and on brand to come up with the names for my cyberpunk trilogy while in Tokyo. Using Reloaded as homage to my favorite movies unlocked the title of the third book in the Tapeworld series, and changing how to write it.
