I like them because they are a physical reminder of "no don't fuss with that" and making it feel like I'm doing something useful for my skin

Speed is an enormously underrated part of improvement, and I bet it's because it's harder to show in side by side pictures. It's one reason I like the various artober challenges, it's a fun excuse to push and see what I can actually get done in a day or sitting.

Keir's job is basically like a safety inspector except for magically created or augmented creatures. Fire extinguishers don't try and eat fire inspectors, he's not always so lucky. Xochi, the mini Quetzacoatl is a coworker.
