if you are using @obsidian.md for writing, a bug can occur where the content of the open note gets erased

for me it happened when i tried using the "note minimap" community extension on a huge complex note with tables.

solution is file recovery in the settings, you can restore from there!
obsidian settings showing file recovery in the sidebar. if you want to restore an older version of a particular note, click on the view button for snapshots. find the one you are looking for and click restore, make sure that you have this feature enabled in future.
