Rough bipolar day. For me, the most frustrating part of the illness is never really being able to plan ahead. Even with the right meds there are days when I am completely overwhelmed, exhausted and useless. I’m in the that awful middle place - anxious and fidgety but also so very tired. #bipolarsky
