On the sticky notes are written different insults that peson could've received from other people while growing up. Weird, mental, ill, freak, ugly, coo-coo, stupid, quiet kid. And these words could "stick" to the person to the rest of their lives, not allowing them to see themself. English is not my first language but I tried to translate the words that people would describe or insult me when I was a kid and teen.
