bah c'est d'avoir une qualité de vie élevée et pleinement conscience que c'est du a des politiques publiques qui vont dans ce sens

If you consider random NPC dialogue "boring and unimportant" and you're okay with relegating that to gen AI, frankly I can't trust that the rest of your narrative is any good either.
