As we're in a post-constitutional era, as Trump, his team, the GOP majority on the Supreme Court, & the GOP majorities in Congress, have shredded & destroyed the Constitution, if we emerge from rule by Trump's whims & Miller's & Vought's prejudices, the new one shouldn't include a Senate. 4 & end/

In the case of the current Democratic caucus, it appears less that each of these senators recognize just how powerful the institutional rules makes them and more that they will use just enough power to ensure the only thing they can do is somewhere between the bare minimum and nothing. 2/

It would explain a lot of what we're seeing as strategic incoherence. As @ravenonthill.bsky.social just posted, the nature of the Senate gives each senator so much power as individuals, should they choose to use it, that it is or can be a legislative chamber of 100 different individual parties. 1/
