Even if the governor vetoes the part of the budget that forces libraries to censor LGBT materials, there is so much bad shit in there that his vetoing one or two things still leaves libraries royally fucked.

Asked my therapist if she thought I could be on the spectrum. She said, “Girl, you don’t have autism, you have trauma.”
…. Lol she’s not wrong.

Last night I attended a firefly walk & meditation circle. First time. It was amazing. Despite the summer heat, taking those moments to slow down and get grounded was much needed. I have a feeling I’m going to be practicing more often…

The Institute for Museum and Library Services Was Just Gutted
DOGE fired all IMLS employees and closed down their emails. It is assumed all funding for 2025 coming from the federal agency will not be happening.

My sociology professor just sent out an update advising us with the passing of SB 1 in Ohio, this will be the last semester with the current curriculum. I’m taking American Race & Ethnic Relations. Turns out, we have a shitty history that 🔴 doesn’t want taught. Go figure.
