Nice proper jazz show tonight with Scofield Trio, one of my favorite guitarists - still brings it.

As they outlined in the podcast, this show 6/19/04 (and the night after) is the last great #phish show. We should forget Coventry and think about this as the finale. ASIHTOS has some great jamming but the Piper is an epic level jam, should be considered top tier of all jams. Why 2.0 is important.

Next up 8/2/03 from IT. Given 3 sets and the bonus Tower Jam it’s hard to argue with the selection though I probably prefer 8/3. Lots of good moments of good 2.0 sound but also some very rough spots. Discern is such an interesting song, would love to hear them play it now. #phish

Show #3 of top 25: 2/28/03 - hard to say much about this show that hasn’t been said. The Tweezer is nearly perfect but the Gin is always what gets me going upon relisten. Like Magna Ball the show has epic level Tweezers and Gins. The Bowie is nothing to sneeze at either. #phish

Next up - The Moby Dick show. This one I have attendance bias. While the 2nd set was where the Moby Dick set occurred the best part of the show for me was the Drowned>Chalk Dust Reprise, still one me of the most fun moments and grooves. Collective joy was felt throughout. #phish #top25showsof25yrs

One of my favorite jams, sets, and shows of all time. #phish.

Going through the @hfpod.bsky.social top 25 show list of last 25 years for a relisten. No better place to start than Drum Logos

This has one my favorite outro & bass jams. Such a powerful 2-3 min and the rest is great too, 2011 had some moments #phish

Is it normal to listen 4-5X to an album every time you revisit it?

Weird show for me due to timing, walked in and they started near immediately which was cool but took a minute to adjust to and then had to leave because my buddy let the fun get away from him tonight. Sucks to leave a show early😢

Driving down to Hampton and catching up on the Alpharetta shows - this was fun, great late night driving music, the groove set a nice pace once I got out of NYC. #phish

Haven’t listened to last night yet but was pleasantly surprised by the non-Festival level of jamming from Friday. Some great stuff mixed i. Throughout both of these are others.

Dear Mr Fantasy lived up to my hype, and I was blown away at home great Winwood was shredding on the guitar

Tedeschi Trucks Band with Steve Winwood opening and then he joined them

Listening up for prep for Steve Winwood opening for TTB. I love this and Dear Mr Fantasy, truly great songs. Would kill to hear one of these with Steve, Derek, and Susan. More likely to get them on Feelin Alright which won’t be shabby. Light me up is also one of my favorite covers for Phish.
