Modern LLMs (GPT-5.1, Claude 4.5, Gemini 3) produce excellent code and can be a significant productivity boost to software engineers who take the time to learn how to effectively apply them - especially if used with coding agent tools

We have endless research on how it’s incredibly difficult to shift your sleep pattern and how there’s a huge range of what’s natural for people, and it’s just objectively not healthy to force people outside of theirs long term. Why are we pushing for cruelty when we could push for accommodation?

Asshole programmers are annoying, sure, but so is an asshole in any position.

But if your code is bad, you're massively shrinking your target audience because your game is only going to run on good computers.

My computer already can't run a lot of indie games because they're so poorly optimized.
