Maybe we'll get lucky, and the next thing people check out on will be their cynicism. Sincerity could make a comeback!

I wish. Damn would it be nice to live in a society where caring and doing good was just the baseline everyone worked off of.

Yeah, I'll even revisit comics I liked and just flip through for the art since it hits on a different wavelength of nostalgia and enjoyment. Wild stance to have.

That actually tracks, thank you. Will give that a go.

Multi-player Riftbound is a ton of fun. I'm fairly gaga for it. Playing for a winner instead of last player standing makes it very engaging and dynamic throughout. Have fun!

Wow. Absolutely gorgeous in the light. Congrats.

It's similar to playing Teach in a lot of ways. Build value and board and try to play into the winning lines. Your big 12k blocker keeps you alive but is also your best attacking body.

Ace luckily gets the boost of having a lot of excellent big bodies to rely on.

Jeez, wow, yeah that Imu was juiced. I mean, countering out of 4 12k minimum swings is crazy.

Wow, what a gauntlet. How was the Zoro matchup? Imu game close?

Ace? RG? GP?

Great work.

The perfect elegance of a mechanic that just says "Pay X more, do X more."

I'll never complain, but it's really such an excellent mechanical design that it's near unavoidable in TCG design.

Managed to assemble Miss Fortune after getting starters and a box. Also, I have Victor and Lee Sin assembled. After checking out the Legends, I'm planning to build Ahri, Annie, as constructed decks.

I did notice that. Cute detail if intentional.

Real. I decided to just order a bunch.

Free mana strikes again.

I'm definitely of the mind things should shake out a bit once set 2 hits, but Kai'sa as a leader that removes a core game mechanic was always going to be very strong. So it goes. Hopefully, like most games, the local level of play will be more diverse.

Watch them print a Mortal Phoenix.

Opened a box. Experience is good, but I also did not research before, so it was all new. Love the card stock thickness and the foil quality. It's a TCG, so the gamble of not hitting anything you want is always there, and at the current prices, I wouldn't open anymore. At MSRP, great box opening.

Played constructed and multi-player. Both are enjoyable. The full power Kai'sa matchup is a little rough, but it's set 1. Multi-player is great, and I would be happy playing only that if there wasn't a constructed mode.

Battlefields are fun, and the movement is just the right amount of fiddly.
