The next DEM administration and Congress must put an end to the Roberts’ majority. A Supreme Court reform. Nuke the filibuster for this reform only. Expand the court to 13 justices, enforceable code of ethics and term limits. The majority have been appointees of republican presidents since 1970!

The sole purpose of chief justice Roberts and the 5 right-wing justices was the dismantling of our constitutional republic. This was a long-term plan executed with precision by the republicans (Mitch McConnell et al). Citizens United was part of this plan. The American experiment coming to an end.
