For a minute I thought what the hell is the OBR doing with rail services !!

There should be an automatic by-election when MPs swap parties or start up parties. Everyone calls for it when in opposition but funnily enough not when in Govt when they could do something about it !!

Used to be that MPs arrived on Monday leave for constituency on Thursday afternoon/evening. Ministers of course are different, but it should be possible to have Govt owned apartments for the time they are in London at very reasonable expense.
