It took me five minutes to figure out how to build a road. The main basis of economic production is not a building but a "resource gathering organization" you need to upgrade distinct from all the buildings and populations. The borders between menus are unclear as hell.

I'm reading letters by the Emperor Julian "The Apostate," the last pagan Roman emperor, and his letters describing Christianity are so funny there's this one letter where he's literally like

"You claim that all the pagan gods are false idols, yet you teach Homeric poetry? Curious."
Was it not the gods who revealed all their learning to Homer, Hesiod, Demosthenes, Herodotus, Thucydides, Isocrates and Lysias? Did not these men think that they were consecrated, some to Hermes, others to the Muses? I think it is absurd that men who expound the works of these writers should dishonor the gods whom they used to honor.
