windows 11 feels like a waste of resources. i feel like i could toss in 64 gigs of ram and a threadripper, and it'd STILL run slow

it's incredibly inefficient and idk why microsoft feels the need to make it even more inefficient by adding in ai features

that old dell inspiron saw windows 8, 8.1, and 10. 8 was shit, 8.1 was actually cool (minus some issues with game compatibility), and 10 started off rough but became so damn good

windows 11 started off interesting, then just slowly turned to shit. i'd genuinely rather use windows 8 bc it was faster

anyway sorry for the random rambling, just kinda started thinking a bit. maybe the world has always been like this and my eyes were only opened? i dunno. im taking my ass to bed where i will listen to an elder scrolls oblivion ambience video as i drift asleep. or maybe skyrim? i dunno. gn!!!!!

moving to florida during the main part of the pandemic, admittedly, wasnt the brightest thing i've done. i had to tho. i experienced a lot of cools things and i attribute a good chunk of who i am today to a lot of the things i learned while there. never living there again tho fuck that LMAO

at least with the cold, i can do a lot to help. with heat? there's A LOT less that can help me. my room was always sitting around 84° F. the only time it'd drop was when it'd get cold. those times were absolutely incredible, to the point i felt relieved

i know it's changed me. i got it back at the end of 2021 and, since then, i struggle to regulate my body's temperature.

it's the reason i moved back to north dakota from florida; it became just too damn dangerous for me. i manage the cold better than the heat

next month marks 6 years since the first person who was infected. while it could still be considered ongoing, it's fallen into the background somehow

i would much rather buy a $40 ice cream cone because:

• it wont overstay its welcome

• yummy ice cream (actually good)

• will be gone in a short time too

lowkey why the hell should i buy an expansion if bungie'll just end up vaulting it in its entirety to make room for another expansion that will suffer the same fate???
