Next project: Grey/Green dropcrotch pants. I am loving the black pair I made recently. This grey/green fabric is the same style just a different color. This pair I added another knee gusset and I am making them to zip off the lower leg to be cropped short pants. #garmentsewing #sewingsky #memade

Super happy with these new drop crotch pants I made over the weekend. Made from a durable stretch woven nylon fabric. I love the baggy yet tapered silhouette. My first real success with this drip crotch style after a number of failures. #garmentsewing #sewingsky #memade #ootd #fitcheck

Me made outfit of the day. UV resistant button up shirt. Durable stretch woven tapered pants. Mini bag made from XPAC, dyneema front pocket and clear pvc back pocket. YKK aqua guard zippers and a fidlock snap closure for the front flap pocket.

New summer shirt. Made from a linen rayon blend. Based on the Elbe textiles Sanders shirt pattern. I added some length, sewed split seams on the sides and went for a simpler mandarins collar. Pants also made be me. #memade #sewing #ootd #fashion #sewingsky #garmentsewing

Last year I collaborated with a small brand from Malaysia, Idle Ido, to create this sling bag. The guy behind the brand had a 2d design that I turned into reality. I sourced the materials and hardware, created the pattern and made seven. We each kept one and sold the other five. Great experience!

I started my #sewing journey pretty late, well into my thirties. Originally I was looking to hem & taper some pants and to make some modifications to a messenger bag.
Now I am obsessed. Sewing, designs, patterning & fabric occupy most of my thoughts. Most of my current wardrobe is clothes I made.
