Northerner. Husband. Dad. Pillock.

Not a real lightbulb. Or a turnip. Not that sinister. But I do stay largely anonymous on here to keep it separate from real life. Ally to anyone who would like it. Significant irritant of @ElisabethHobbes.co.uk.
Interesting - Who knew the Duke of Edinburgh used to tool around London and Windsor in an electric minivan in the seventies?

Pretty cool really.

Youngest with Doctor Sausage many years ago. He doesn’t know it yet but they’re back from Uni next weekend and he will be a very very happy cat.

Missy endorses this message, however cannot read. She CAN smell though and there is a great deal of anticipation in this photograph…

I know it was only a local by election, turnout was low and we’re obviously more bourgeois than I thought (we did just get a Gails) but not only did the Greens win, but the Reform/Tory vote share was tiny compared to what I was expecting and bearing in mind the number of St Georges flags about…

Here he comes - back to the control tower. I would post a pic of him flying but a tiny speck in the distance is not exciting. One of the little Cessna 152s they have at Sleap. Cute plane, apart from the need to be on very close terms with your passenger, and the door’s habit of opening itself.

#SundayPixOffTheBeatenTrack reminded me of this holiday we spent in the Aveyron region of France for the simple reason that we’d left it very late to book campsites on the coast. Apparently not many people go there. They should. Its lovely.

Proud Dad moment. Child number 1 has done his first solo flight. Big milestone and scary stuff :-). This is him and his lovely instructor doing the customary certificate ceremony.

Ha ha ha ha. Fuck you Reform! And also really should be another wake up call for Labour.

And really pleased for John Knight who has been plugging away locally for years…

Only a local by election but a good excuse for #dogsatpollingstations. And yes - the collar does give the game away re. my vote…
