in my experience the 30 day wait has always been "under promise, over deliver." Most disputes don't take more than a week. One time my entire channel got demonetized due to a bogus content-theft report, and it was fixed within 7hrs of my screen-recording appeal proving I made my own videos. 🤷‍♀️

And to answer the actual question, "Is 4k resolution 60fps or 1080p at 120fps worth $10?" i would say absolutely, yes. Not to mention the new application with new lore, voice acting, and gameplay features. Those people need paid. You want those people paid, right? That's the $10. It's a product.

If you got your copy of TOTK for $3 from your friend Ted, the upgrade pack is still $10. You put your cartridge into the console, you pay $10 for the upgrade pack, and you're playing for $13. The upgrades are unrelated to the base game's price. It's not "$80 for 60fps" it's $10 for 60fps.

system-level notifications should not be used for advertising, and they certainly should not be used to rope poor consumers into purchasing a console they can't afford with some "buy now, pay later" bullshit.
